What will 2011 bring?

January 2, 2011

I stayed up late too many nights in 2010. Reading, usually. I don’t want to do the same thing in 2011. I’m not getting any younger, but the world’s not getting any simpler, either, and there’s so much to learn! Good thing I don’t watch TV anymore, or else I’d have even less time for this internet/social media thing. Maybe this is a year I’ll write less and photograph more.

Today was Passion (Palm) Sunday, and liturgically it was celebrated a bit differently at Canadian Martyrs Church than in previous years. The church, already resplendent because of its rich red carpeting, was made even more so by the red cloths draped over the cross over looking the altar in the sanctuary.
